Just Love Yourself, Already!

    Just love your mutha fuckin' self already! Why is that so hard? Wait, I know why...because you were never taught to. You were taught to FIND some soulmate, outside of yourself to fix your problems instead fixing things yourself or even admitting you have a problem, because nobody likes that and we need people to like us, we don't even like ourselves, that's why we're looking for the soulmate, to fill the void that we have never been taught to fill ourselves. Asking someone to love us and we have never reflected on loving ourselves enough to know HOW to love ourselves.

    Because faced with the knowledge OF loving ourselves it drives us out of our comfort zone, which makes no sense, why are we out of our own comfort zone? Weird!! We are are taught to idolize and worship someone else for their beauty and talents, and never seeing the beauty and talent, success, and worth of our own. We look in the mirror everyday to fix our faces in hopes its good enough for that other person. We never stop and look in that mirror and see it in yourself, what you see in that other person. So ironic, when you see YOU first.

It is the very foundation of spiritual work and how well it WORKS!! Think of it like this, you trust yourself to get up on time for your job, put on clean clothes, and be presentable. You even decided to go to bed the night before on time, to make sure to avoid any delays or mishaps that could get in the way of you making it to work, right? Of course you did, now tell me why can't we do this in our spiritual job? Why cant we take the first steps, by loving ourselves to avoid delays and pitfalls in life spiritually? 

    Believers in the Bible, are well versed in the fact that everything that happens to you, is spiritual first. Our awareness and unawareness of the forces around us determine events happening, ending, or changing. It is easy to blame an evil man putting bad conditions on us, because he is AWARE of his evil, he knows what he is, but the fact that you were unable to prevent or fight against it, is because you were UNAWARE of who you are, what you are, and what you are capable of. Are you really gonna spend the average 87 years of your life under the shadow of another forces power, when you have your own?
